Easter in {the woods}

_DSC1098 _DSC1120

Bleeding God
Blessed, betrayed
Whose splintered spine
And rusted wrists
Dried up Hell’s bit.

Before was
And none before
The slith’ring sting
And slimy trail
Bound two in one.

Begging lips
And sour tongues
Broke the bond bought
Back by blood, soul
And flesh divine.

Bleeding God
Blessed, betrayed
The first and last
Through Hell to pass
That came to us.
